when I regenerate the valve schedule I noticed that it increases the header height as shown in the attached.

Cole here with Land F/X. When we looked at your files, it appeared that the Valve Schedule block in the drawing was incorrectly defined. This could have happened by copying a Valve Schedule from another drawing, accidentally changing the title text vertex location, or something else of the sort. To resolve this, delete the valve schedule(s) from your drawing, type the command PRG, and hit enter. After this, you will be able to place a correct Valve Schedule. Let us know if you have any further questions.

First and most importantly, there is very little we can do with a screenshot. We will need the file to actually diagnose the issue. And ideally, a version of the file before regenerating the schedule. If this happens again, then make a copy of the file before saving the changes, so that you can send us both Before and After versions of the file.
In looking at the previous file that you sent, it looks to be no more than simply due to regenerating a legacy schedule. In 2022, we changed the valve schedule to always output to a table, and in that process the insertion point of the schedule shifted to the upper left corner. When regenerating one of these legacy schedules with the latest code, it will cause the schedule to shift slightly. After manually moving the schedule back to its desired position and moving the title back, subsequent regenerations will not move the schedule any more.
You should be able to confirm this, by simply regenerating the schedule again and even again and again to be sure - it will keep the schedule in the same spot every time.
If you are finding this is not the case, or would like more detail, you will need to send in the file in question. And in the meantime, note that the solution that Cole provided also is valid - simply delete the errant schedule and create a new one, which will not ever move after a regeneration.
