We are having issues loading Land F/X into Civil on Windows 10. Every time open CAD we are getting a fatal error. We can not get any work done on this machine. Please help.

You didn't say what version of Civil you are using. My hunch would be that you have Civil 2017, but you don't have the Service Pack installed. We have a KB on this issue here.
