Can I import .xml (LandXML) into F/X CAD?

Answer

No. Only AutoCAD Civil 3D or Map 3D can import LandXML files directly.

If you're getting Civil 3D topo info from a co-worker or another consultant, perhaps you can ask him or her instead for a DWG format drawing – ideally already optimized for non-Civil 3D users to change the civil objects to regular polylines, text ,and blocks. While you can see a civil drawing with an Object Enabler installed, there's really no point. Plus, the drawing will work better for you without the civil objects.
